Overview

How this page applies to you depends on the KYC mode configured for your integration:

HOSTED — Document collection is fully handled by the KYC provider's hosted flow. You do not need to manage documents or fields directly.
SELF_DECLARED — You collect and upload documents via the Infinia API. Each *_document_id field on the Account Owner object expects a document ID returned by the Initiate Document Upload endpoint. The tables below specify which document types are accepted per field and per country.
EXTERNAL — Documents are collected by your KYC provider. Infinia maps the results from the provider automatically — you do not populate the document fields directly. However, you must configure your KYC provider to only collect the document types listed below, as unsupported types will be rejected at review.

Accepted types for identity_document_id vary by the country in which the account is being opened.

All other document fields are the same across countries.

Each entry in organization.ultimate_beneficial_owners requires the following:
