What is Onboarding?

Onboarding lets you register your own customers as entities in the Infinia platform, run the required KYB checks, and request access to products on their behalf. Once onboarded, each customer operates as a separate tenant: their flows are segregated from yours and from other customers', and Infinia has visibility into which customer each operation belongs to.

This is the programmatic version of the sub-company setup described in the Integration Model.

How it works

1. Create the customer entity with their corporate information and documents.
2. Request access to the products the customer needs (accounts, payouts, etc.).
3. Infinia reviews and approves each product enablement.
4. Once the products are enabled, operate on the customer's behalf using their entity.

Common use cases

• Platforms and PSPs that serve business customers and need each one onboarded as its own entity, with segregated flows.
• Multi-tenant setups where each customer's operations must be kept separate and visible to Infinia for compliance purposes.
