Create a one-time payment instruction with a fixed amount and expiration.

Each market has a dedicated example. Use the following amounts to simulate specific statuses:

100 → COMPLETED in the create response.

101 → AWAITING in the create response, then COMPLETED a few seconds later, with a webhook sent to your callbackUrl — use it to test the asynchronous happy path.

102 → ERROR.

Any other amount → AWAITING until you complete it through the payment's startUrl.
